ADR aims to protect the privacy of its users and will therefore endeavour to ensure

ADR does not request personal data from users on this website, although it may be required to provide certain services linked to the www.adr.it website (flight tracking, registration, commercial information, etc.). ADR – which has adopted the Atlantia Group’s Code of Ethics – protects the right to privacy by undertaking to protect the personal data it collects and acquires in order to carry out its activities and to ensure that such data is processed in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedoms and dignity of the persons concerned. In this context, we ensure that all data processing is carried out in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency, so that personal data is only processed for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and we undertake to take appropriate technical and organisational security measures to meet the requirements of data protection legislation.
